Hydra Capsule has established itself a bolting service division within the UK, as a leading contractor from over 50 years’ of practical experience within the hydraulic jacking and stressing industry we have dedicated installation and service engineers fully trained within the safe use and competently with all models, range and sizes of equipment rom hydraulic torqueing tils to bolt tensioning jacks and associated equipment.

We have recently invested a large stock range of torque tools and bolt tensioners to allow us to offer a supply and fix or hire only service for bolting tools. This reduces lead-in and waiting periods on site – using the mst innovative and purposed deisgned products within the market.

Our bespoke hydraulic bolt jacking and torque tools and equipment specially designed and manufactured to suit many applications from preloading steelworks, bolting of crane bases, connection pipe flanges to wind-frame turbine torqueing and strengthening and de-stressing / load-checking bolting nuts.

We stock a range of torqueing tools ranging from ¾” drive shaft (1785 Nm) to 2-1/2” drive shaft (38,100 Nm) capacity, In additional to the above torque tools. All our bolt tensioners are 1500 bar pressure safe working load, with strokes of 10mm to 15mm and load capacity from 25 tonnes (250 kNs) up to 295 tonnes (2950 kNs) capacity.
