Hydra-Capsule have the facility to meet a number of applications including manufacturing standard and bespoke flat jacks, hydraulic jacks and hydraulic cylinders. Ranging from plain ram, screw ram and hollow ram cylinders with the option of single-acting to double-acting cylinders with load capacity from 1 tonne to over 2000 tonnes. Testing & Calibration

Hydra-Capsule has the ability, in-house facility, to carry out load testing of hydraulic cylinders, pressurising of hydraulic equipment and calibration of hydraulic equipment through our hydraulic test-press.

Our purpose-built allows for monitoring to be carried out for a period of time and applications such as hydraulic jacks load testing, hydraulic pressure circuit testing and vertical bridge bearings. With all information data-logged through our computer monitoring system.
