The Hydra-Capsule Limited Bar Jacking and Sliding System is an innovative engineering solution designed for the precise movement of heavy structures.

This system is useful in the construction and civil engineering sectors for tasks such as bridge launching, lifting & lowering, structural realignment to controlled sliding heavy modulars By employing high-capacity hydraulic jacks and a sophisticatedlifting/sliding mechanism, the system ensures smooth and safe repositioning of heavy loads (ie. facades, concrete slabs/floor and suspended loads.

Hydraulic sliding and lifting/lowering operations can be completed, using hydraulic cylinders and rolling/skating system upto loads in excess of 25,000 tonnes.

Our systems are standard uniform models and adaptable units:

• BJ10 - B150 (10, 30, 60, 100 and 150 tonnes per/unit)
• BJ200 - B500 (200, 300 and 500 tonnes per/unit)
