Hydraulic Pumps - Specialist Jacking Equipment

Our specialist pumps range from basic hand operated units to the more sophisticated remote electronic control multi-flow pumps used for synchronized jacking operations.  All our pumps are fitted with pressure transducers and LED read-outs which can be calibrated to suit your requirements, such as, pressure in bar or psi and load in tons, tonnes or kns.

HP5 - Hand operated hydraulic pumps offer a simple but very effective method of loading or jacking-up small groups of jacks, the pumps are fitted with a two speed flow system which enables accurate control, they can be used up to 700 bar and their lightweight design makes them completely portable.

ESF30 - Single flow hydraulic pumps offer  precise control via the internal solenoid control valve system which can also be controlled remotely, the pump is fitted with a variable pressure switch so that the maximum pressure can be pre-selected to automatically stop the pump when achieved, the internal pressure transducer transmits the pressure back to the LED read-out which can be calibrated to suit your requirements.  A number of pumps can also be located at different positions and linked back to our remote central control system to enable simultaneous group control and monitoring, very useful for synchronous (synchronized) lifting or lowering operations carried out over long distances, such as, bridge piers or different floor levels within a building. 

EMF50 - Our multiple flow units have  four separate displacement pumps which operate simultaneously from one motor, each out-put delivers an equal volume of oil regardless of pressure, which in turn provides an equal lift to the jacks. Its important that each out-put has an equal volume, i.e. the same number and size of jacks, for further information or advice, please contact us.

Hydra-Manifolds enable the connection of multiple sets of jacks, all out-puts are fitted with a high pressure needle shut-off valve which can isolate any individual jack, the in-line valves are normally used to isolate a particular manifold or group, all connections are easily made by using quick-fit hydraulic couplings.

We offer two types of in-line pressure gauges, 0-150 bar for flat jacks and 0-700 bar for hydra-jacks, both are glycerine filled which helps protect the gauge against vibration and small knocks. They can be easily inserted into a hydraulic circuit to monitor the pressure of either an individual jack or groups of jacks, all connections are made using quick-fit hydraulic couplings.
