Synchronous (Synchronized) Lifting Systems

We offer three different types of synchronous jacking systems, each having their own advantages;

Single-flow pumps  can be located at different positions and linked back to our remote central control system to enable simultaneous group control and monitoring, very useful for synchronous (synchronized) lifting or lowering operations carried out over long distances, such as, bridge piers or different floor levels within a building.

Multiple-flow units  have  four separate displacement pumps which operate simultaneously from a single motor, each out-put delivers an equal volume of oil regardless of pressure, which in turn provides an equal lift to the jacks. Its important that each out-put has the same number and size of jacks.

Hydra-electronic control  provides precise hydraulic control at each jacking location regardless of load or the number of jacks on one circuit. Each control out-put has its own movement and pressure transducer which transmit their readings back to the central control module. The advanced electronics convert the total lift required at each position into an equal number of smaller increments which are controlled via the electronic solenoid valves located next to the bridge jacks.
